Author has discussed the problems,which have existed in the process of the first generation water solution total cycle method urea plant in China,through the discussion on the advancement and suitability for technology reformation scheme,the three auxiliary schemes of technical reformation,i.e.high efficient tower tray method,suitable parameter method and double towers synthesis method were suggested,the principle of energy conservation,process technology and technology key for each scheme were described,the safety,stability and optimal operation of the plant in the technology reformation scheme were discussed.
