摘    要:论述了我国第一代水溶液全循环法尿素装置在工艺上存在的问题,通过对技术改造方案先进性和适用性的讨论,提出了高效塔盘法、适宜参数法、两塔合成法3项技改辅助方案,阐述了各项方案的节能原理、工艺技术和技术关键,讨论了技改方案中装置的安全性、稳定性和优化操作性。

Abstract:Author has discussed the problems,which have existed in the process of the first generation water solution total cycle method urea plant in China,through the discussion on the advancement and suitability for technology reformation scheme,the three auxiliary schemes of technical reformation,i.e.high efficient tower tray method,suitable parameter method and double towers synthesis method were suggested,the principle of energy conservation,process technology and technology key for each scheme were described,the safety,stability and optimal operation of the plant in the technology reformation scheme were discussed.
