| 摘 要： | 研究了用海藻酸钠作载体，用包埋法固定化简单节杆菌（ＡｒｔｈｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒＳｉｍｐｌｅｘ）Ｂｙ－２－１３的制备条件及固定化菌的一般性质。用１０ｍｌ４％海藻酸钠包埋０．５ｇ湿菌体活力收率可达８７％。固定化菌的最适ｐＨ与最适温度与游离菌相同；固定化菌的储存稳定性高于游离菌。

| Abstract: | Cell of Arthrobacter simplex By-2-13were immobilized in 4% Sodium alginate. Theretainpd activity of the immobilized cell reached87%.The enzymatic properties of immobilizedArthrobacter simplex By-2-13 cell were investigated. No change of the optimum pH and temperature wasfound,the storage stability of the immobilized cellswas somewhat enhanced. |
