基于ADAMS夹钳机构运动过程的可靠性研究

摘    要:以SolidEdge软件为基础,建立夹钳机构的三维模型,以Adams软件的动态仿真工具为平台,对导入的三维模型添加约束并施加载荷,建立其虚拟样机模型,通过仿真实验与静力学分析进行比较,对模型在运动过程中的可靠性进行了验证。

Abstract:Based on the SolidEdge software to establish 3D model of clamp outfit, the paper has added constraints and imposed load to introduced 3D model to build the virtual prototype model on the platform of the dynamic simulation tools of the Adams software. Compared by simulation experiments and statics analysis, the model reliability in the course of movement has been verified.
