轧前及粗轧过程中钢坯温降的计算机模拟

摘    要:建立轧钢生产过程各工序的高精度数学模型是集成控制技术在轧钢自动化生产中能够取得良好控制效果的基础,为此详细分析了中厚规格钢坯轧前及粗轧阶段的温度变化机理,并针对轧前及粗轧过程分别建立了二维非稳态传热的温降差分数学模型。对实际生产过程的计算机模拟结果表明,解析计算的精度较高,能够满足实际需要,可用于指导实际生产过程。

Abstract:Based on high precision mathematical model of rolling process, the quality of a plate can be controlled by using integrated control technologies in rolling automation. The temperature variation mechanism of the plate before rolling and during rough rolling was studied in detail, and a mathematical differential model of the plate temperature was studied using two-dimensional unsteady-state heat conduction method. The simulation results based on practical manufacturing process show that the precision is high, and the model satisfies practical requirements.
