Analysis of Ferroelectric Domain Switching in 0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3·0.3PbTiO3: Heterogeneous Nucleation

Abstract:Polarization reversal and domain dynamics were investigated in 0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3·0.3PbTiO3 using a method of current transients. Investigations were performed as a function of applied electric field. The kinetics of the transients were modeled to a stretched exponential-type function.
