| 摘 要： | 随着高校基本建设规模和资金投入的加大,如何确保高校工程建设质量和预防腐败现象的发生,越来越成为党和政府及众多高校必须关注的大事。本文结合目前高校建设工程领域存在的一些问题,提出了在工程建设领域加强监督管理的一些构想。
