当前教师实习机制所存在的问题及对策建议

选派优秀教师深入企业实地学习相关技术,可以较好地实现＂校企合作＂,对推动学院高职教育的发展将发挥积极作用。近年来,安徽电气工程职业技术学院在这方面做了大量工作,取得了较好效果。此次本人通过深入安徽六安电厂学习135MW循环流化床运行技术,在加深对该技术理解与掌握的同时,也发现了当前教师实习机制所存在的问题,亟需加以解决与完善。

The Problems and Proposals on the Current Mechanism of Exercitation of Teachers

Selecting excellent teachers to enter the enterprises to study related technologies will promote the cooperation between the academy and the enterprises.It also can stimulate the development of higher professional education.In the recent years,Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College has performed well on the work of exercitation of teachers.Through entering Luan Electric Power Plant to study the technology of 135MW CFB,we not only have learned the knowledge deeply about the technology,but also find some flaws on the current mechanism of exercitation of teachers,which should be solved as soon as possible.
