| 摘 要： | 以福建制造企业信息化数据为样本,运用面板数据回归模型研究了IT投资、IT人力资本以及它们的互补性对企业绩效的影响。研究结果显示,企业主营收入、净利润随着企业IT投资增加而增加。IT投资、IT投资和IT人力资本交互性对主营收入利润率、固定资产收益率没有显著影响。

| Abstract: | Through analysing Fujian manufacturing enterprises information data, a panel data regression model is employed to study the impact of IT investment, IT human capital and their complement on enterprise performance. The results show that the business income and net profit of an enterprise increase with the increase of IT investments; that IT investments and the interaction between IT investments and IT human capital does not marketedly influence the profitting rate of the main business and the earnings rate of fixed assets. |
