论职校德育教学改革的两大方向

摘    要:职业院校德育教学改革应该朝着实践性和主体性的方向迈进。实践性德育教学强调学生道德形成的持续发展和道德生活的不断完善过程,强调学生的需要和兴趣对道德培养的重要性,强调学生的道德教育生活与社会生活紧密联系。主体性德育教学注重把教师主体性与学生主体性结合起来,摒弃传统德育观扼杀学生主体性的缺点。德育教学中的实践性与主体性是相辅相成、相互贯通的。职校德育教学改革只有树立起实践性和主体性的大旗。才能走出一条行之有效的新路来。

Abstract:Teaching reform of moral education in vocational colleges should go toward the direction of practice and subjectivity. Practice emphasizes the sustainable development of the formation of students " moral and continuous improvement of the moral life, stresses the importance of students " needs and interests for moral cultivation, emphasizes the close connection between students " moral education life and social life. The teaching of subjectivity moral education should combine teacher's subjectivity and student's subjectivity to abandon the disadvantages of killing students" subjectivity in traditional moral education teaching. Practice and subjectivity are complementary and mutually reinforcing in the teaching of moral education. Only setting up the flag of practice and subjectivity can the teaching reform of moral education find a valid new road.
