摘    要:简述了锅炉高温受热面氧化皮形成及剥落原因,结合国投宣城发电有限责任公司#1炉末级过热器管氧化皮检测实例,提出预防和控制锅炉高温受热面管氧化皮脱落并堵塞爆管的对策。

Abstract:The formation and exfoliation cause of oxidation velamen on the high temperature heating surfaces tube are introduced briefly.Combining with final superheater tube oxide detection example of #1 boiler of Xuancheng SDIC Electric Power Co.,Ltd,the solutions are gave to prevent and control of pipe-bursting that caused by the boiler′s hot heating surface pipes being blocked by the exfoliation.
