光纤陀螺仪死区抑制技术研究

摘    要:抑制死区是光纤陀螺仪工程应用需要解决的一个问题,产生死区的原因一般认为是光纤陀螺信号解调电路中调制信号与信号检测电路之间电子交叉耦合,所以克服死区的方法也是从减少电子交叉耦合的途径入手;在某型号三轴一体化光纤陀螺仪研制中,从陀螺的结构设计与布局布线等方面进行了优化,并采取了屏蔽措施;分析了数字闭环光纤陀螺线性模型,提出了参数配置的优化措施;数字闭环软件中引入随机调制等多种措施综合抑制死区;产品测试表明,陀螺仪死区控制在0.5(0)/h以内,达到了预期的效果,满足型号使用要求。

Abstract:The dead zone suppression of FOG is a problem which needs to be solved in EA,The reason which causes the dead zone is the electronic crossing coupling between the modulation signal in signal demodulation circuit and the signal detecting circuit.Therefore,the method of overcoming the dead zone is to reduce the ways of electronic crossing coupling.In the research and batch production of the middle precision FOG used in some type rocket,the suppression of dead zone can be implemented in the aspects as follows: the structure design,the layout and routing,the design of signal demodulation circuit and the digital closed loop software.The experimental results demonstrate that by using these methods the dead zone of FOG can be controlled within 0.5(0)/h and meets the operating requirements of the rocket.
