液压阻尼器动态试验台测控系统设计

摘    要:对应用于液压阻尼器动态试验的试验台测控系统进行了研究;基于LabWindows∕CVI技术,设计了液压阻尼器试验台的测控系统;对试验台测控系统构成及原理进行了分析介绍,并描述了驱动电机控制系统和软件功能;借助于信号采集板卡和运动控制板卡,由工控机完成液压阻尼器试验台的输出转角测试及驱动电机的控制;通过0~60°不同旋转角度幅值和0.01~4.8Hz不同频率的设定实现对不同角速度的控制,并完成阻尼器实际转角、扭矩和阻尼比的测试计算;最后的试验表明了液压阻尼器动态试验台各项指标均达到设计要求。

Abstract:The measurement control system used in hydraulic damper dynamic test is researched.Based on LabWindows / CVI technique,the measurement and control system of hydraulic damper test bed is designed.The structure and principle of measurement and control system is analyzed and introduced;and the drive motor control system and software function is described.With the aid of data acquisition board and motor control board,output angle measurement and drive motor control of the hydraulic damper test bed is completed by the IPC.With different angle amplitude from 0 to 60°and frequency from 0.01 to 4.8Hz setted,different speed control can be achieved;and measurement and calculation of the damper actual angle,torque and damping ratio is completed.The final test shows that the dynamic testing indicators of hydraulic damper test-bed meet the design requirements.
