非致命防暴电磁枪威力控制系统研究

摘    要:非致命防暴动能武器的使用安全性决定了武器的使用价值;针对防暴电磁枪使用环境,为提高电磁枪使用过程中的安全性和可靠性,需要设计电磁枪威力调节系统;分析了威力控制系统的工作原理,并设计了非致命电磁枪的威力控制系统,实现了弹丸初始动能的自动调节;介绍了系统的设计思路、总体方案、硬件电路和软件流程图;通过试验,检验了系统工作的可行性,弹丸最大动能误差小于2J,为开展非致命防暴电磁枪的工程化研制奠定了基础。

Abstract:The utility value of nonfatal kinetic weapon is determined by its usage security.Aiming at the application environment of the electromagnetic gun,in order to improve the security and reliability,it needs to design a regulating system for the initial kinetic of the projectile.It analyzes the principle of the electromagnetic gun,and then designs the regulating system for the power of electromagnetic gun,which can be used to adjust the initial kinetic of the projectile automatically.It introduces the principle of design,general planning,hardware designing and the flow process chart of the regulating system.The feasibility of the system is tested by experiment and the maxium error of the projectile kinetic energy is less than 2J,which is the foundation of the engineering-oriented research of nonfatal kinetic gun.
