摘    要:针对塔机安全监控现状,开发了以ARM9为硬件平台的塔机安全监控系统;以WinCE6.0为软件平台,设计了相关设备驱动程序,移植了嵌入式数据库SQlite3.0,通过对塔机运行的重量、力矩等状态信息进行采集、分析,能够在最短的时间内发现问题并参与控制;同时通过GPRS模块远程发布相关数据,实现了对塔机的远程监控和统一管理;经实践验证,系统运行稳定可靠,能有效地保障塔机运行安全,提高工作效率,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:According to the safety monitoring situation,the Tower Crane Safety Monitor System is designed on Basis of ARM9;Device drivers are exploited based on the WinCE6.0,meanwhile embedded database Sqlite3.0 is transplanted.In the shortest time,the system can find problem and participate in control,according to real time acquisition and processing the running state information such as the weight and torque;simultaneously remote monitoring and managing are also realized through GPRS module remote releasing the relevant data of tower.Practice proves that the system operation is stable and reliable,and can effectively guarantee the safe operation of tower,improve work efficiency,and has good application prospect.
