ATS软件平台的通用性研究与设计

摘    要:通用性和开放性是当前ATS(Automatic Test System,ATS)的发展方向,讨论了通用ATS软件平台的基本功能、结构和特点,并从软件体系结构、TPS可移植性、仪器可互换性和测试信息共享四个方面分析了构造通用ATS软件平台的关键技术和实现途径,最后提出了一种通用ATS软件平台的设计方案。

Abstract:General-utility and opening is the development trend of ATS design.In the paper,the basic function,strcture and attribute of general ATS software platform is discussed.The key technology and methods of design for general ATS software platform are expatiated in four aspect,such as the architecture of software system,the portability of TPS,the interchangeablity of virtual instruments and the share of test information and data.At last,a design of the general ATS software platform is introduced.
