| 摘 要： | 提出确定含错判率时多元质量铸件经多次全数检查后的平均检出质量ＡＯＱ模型，结果表明，ＡＯＱ的对数值与检验次数ｎ呈线性关系。用计算机数值仿真法研究了两类错误，质量特性数和产品质量对ＡＯＱ的影响。

| Abstract: | A mathematical model for critical casting has been developed to calculate average outgoing quality after more than one time multi attributes 100% sampling procedure for inspection when considering two types judge errors The result shows that the log value of average outgoing quality has a liner relationship with inspection times n The influences of two types of errors,number of attributes and nonconforming rates of each attributes on average outgoing quality has been studied by computer simulation |
