黑老虎果毒理实验及其对血脂的调节作用

摘    要:研究成熟黑老虎果的毒性及其对血脂的调节作用。对实验小鼠进行急性毒理实验,同时进行30d 喂养实验,并观察小鼠血脂的变化。结果表明:雌雄小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)> 20mL/kg(以体质量计),属无毒级;30d 喂养实验各项观察指标正常,黑老虎果对小鼠的体质量、血液、脏器等均无显著影响;该果能明显降低小鼠血液中胆固醇水平。可以认为,成熟黑老虎果是值得开发的无毒且可调节血脂的珍稀野生水果。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the toxicity and blood lipid modulating effect of ripe Kadsura conccinea fruit in vivo by maximal tolerance dose(MTD) test and 30-d feeding test in mice.Blood lipid changes in mice were analyzed during 30 days of Kadsura conccinea fruit feeding.The results showed MTD was >20 mL/kg for both male and female mice,indicating that Kadsura conccinea fruit was non-toxic.Kadsura conccinea fruit had significant effect on neither mouse weight nor viscera but could obviously re...
