日落黄和柠檬黄人工抗原的合成与鉴定

摘    要:通过综合分析日落黄和柠檬黄的化学结构,构建半抗原,采用多种偶联方式将其与载体蛋白偶联,制备完全抗原。通过采用紫外光谱扫描和液相色谱- 质谱联用技术对合成产物进行了鉴定和分析,结果表明,日落黄的半抗原合成不够理想,偶联比率为6;而柠檬黄的完全抗原经鉴定偶联成功,偶联比率是12。该实验结果可为制备可特异性地识别柠檬黄的抗体提供参考。
