摘    要:利用响应面分析法(RSM)对槟榔原花青素的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验设计原理采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法对各个因素的显著性和交互作用进行分析,结果表明:槟榔干原花青素提取的最佳工艺条件为超声功率600W、超声时间16min、料液比1:40(g/mL)、丙酮体积分数81%,在此条件下,测定花青素提取率最高达到3.41%。

Abstract:The purpose of the current study was the optimization of the process for the solvent extraction of proanthocyanidins from Areca catechu L. fruit with ultrasonic assistance.
