有机钛交联剂LX—1的制备及其缓交联体系研究

摘    要:室内研制出一种性能良好的有机钛交联剂LX-1,实验结果表明,在HPG含量为0.4%-1.0%,LX-1含量的0.20%-0.30%,温度为30-90℃,pH值为7-8时,HPG/LX-1交联体系有较好的延缓关联作用,HPG/LX-1交联全还具有良好的面温(80-90℃)和抗盐(NaCl含量为50-100g/L)性能。

Abstract:A good organic titanium gellant LX-1 is developed in lab. Tests indicate that the HPG/LX-1 crosslinked gel possesses good delayed crosslinking effect with the HPG content within 0. 4%-1. 0% and LX-1 within 0. 20%-0. 30%, temperature between 30-90 C and pH between 7-8. The gel remains stable in 80 - 90 C with the salt content between 50-100 g/L.
