| 摘 要： | 对公平与效率关系问题的探讨,研究者一般以两者是一对矛盾展开,这是片面的。实际上,公平与效率是完全可以统一的。本文在分析传统片面认识的基础上,从长远的、整体的、辩证的视角探讨了公平与效率的问题。

| Abstract: | For the discussion of the question of relation between fairness and efficieny, researchers are generally regarded it as a pair of contradictions with one - sided view. In fact, fairness and efficiency can be unified. Based on the analysis of traditional one- sided view, this paper, from a long- term, whole, and dialectical perspective, discusses the relation between fair ness and efficiency. |
