| Abstract: | In this paper the problems and shortcomings of enterprise cultural construction in oil fields are analyzed. The authors provide some countermeasures for the construction of enterprise culture in oil fields, i.e. to change ideas and have a deeper understanding of the connotation of enterprise culture; to adhere to right guiding thoughts and principles and set scientific objectives; to establish the leading organizational structure for the construction of enterprise culture. |
