摘    要:针对目前ARINC429航空总线的应用研究现状,分析了常用ARINC429协议芯片的特点,选择HOLT INTEGRATED CIR- CUITS公司HI-8582芯片基于TMS320LF2812 DSP芯片开发了一种具有16个接收通道/2个发送通道的ARINC429总线接口卡;采用CPLD和多路选择开关协同工作来扩展接收通道,节约了电路板空间、降低了开发成本和提高了系统可靠性,并且可以严格保证系统通信的实时性;电气测试结果和逻辑分析结果表明,系统扩展后,接收器接收的信号符合ARINC429协议标准,系统工作稳定;所提出的设计方法对串行通信总线通道扩展有一定的借鉴意义,所设计的ARINC429总线接口卡具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:A new method of designing cards specifically to interface with an ARINC 429 data bus is proposed.HI-8582 from Holt In- tegrated Circuits is a silicon gate CMOS device for interfacing a 16-bit parallel data bus directly to the ARINC 429 serial bus.An ARINC 429 board level product with 16 Rx/2 Tx channels is developed based on TMS320LF2812.To increase the number of ARINC 429 data bus interface card's receiver channel,CPLD and multiplexer are used.Take the approach,it need less cost and smaller PCB space to complete the ARINC 429 board and the board has higher reliability.An avionics utility suite driver software package is available to provide for the communication board.Measured data and test results explain the developed card conform to the ARINC 429 protocol specification.It can be used in laboratory simulation environments.
