| 摘 要： | 土地是人类赖以生存的基础，是人类社会得以发展的重要物质保证。合理开发利用土地资源，对于中国经济的发展和可持续发展战略的实施起着至关重要的作用。以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观的提出对土地持续、集约利用具有重要的指导意义。本文拟在科学发展观基本内涵的基础上，通过对江苏省土地利用面临的严峻形势的分析，就如何以科学发展观来指导土地资源的可持续利用提出建议。

| Abstract: | The land is the foundation of human survival and the important material guarantee of human society development. Reasonable exploitation and utilization of the land resource is very important to the economy development and implementation of sustainable developmental strategy in China. The proposing of the concept of scientific development, which is making people as standard, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable, has the important meaning to the land continual and intensive utilization. On the basis of connotation of scientific development concept, through analysis of stem situation of land utilization on Jiangsu Province, this article puts forward suggestions on how to instructs the land resource of the sustainable utilization by the concept of scientific development. |
