| 摘 要： | 从海防部队可能承担的多样化军事任务入手，分析了现役海防部队装备主要问题，设计了海防部队装备转型发展的程序，提出了海防部队进行装备转型的主要措施，即把握装备转型方向、培养装备转型人才、完善装备转型机制。

| Abstract: | The diversiform military task performed by coast defence army is analyzed, and the main issues of our coast defense equipments is discussed. The process of coast defence army equipment development is designed, and at last some countermeasures on cost defense equipment development are put forward： holds equipment transformation direction, cultivates equipment transformation person with ability, and perfects equipment transformation mechanism. |
