射频技术在高速路车辆监控及运营管理中的应用

摘    要:为了减少高速公路交通事故的发生,提高高速公路运营效率,根据射频技术,提出一种可以运用在高速公路上的新的车辆测速方法,该方法能够实现对高速公路的全路段监控。基于B/S浏览技术和GIS技术,开发集过路收费、超速罚款、路况信息发布、安全监控于一体的高速公路信息管理系统。该管理系统将高速公路监控网络和收费网络二网合一,共享交通情报等资源。

Abstract:To reduce accident-crash rate and improve the efficiency of highway operations,a new method to monitor vehicle's speed on highway to be raised by using RFID technology.The method can achieve the full section of highway monitoring.The technology of B/S and GIS were used to develop a high way information management system,which has functions such as charge in highway,the penalty for speeding,highway information distribution and security monitoring. The system combined with the highway's monitoring network and charge network,and share resources.
