压光新术技——岳阳纸业LWC技改项目国际新技术消化吸收

讨论了膜涂LWC纸要达到国际市场刮刀涂布纸相似胶印印刷效果所应达到的光泽度、平滑度水平。按前人研究结果回顾了用施胶压榨生产的膜涂纸,在实验室和工厂中采用2～4道压区软压光的情况,同外商交流了有关多压区软辊压光如Optiload、JanusMK-2、Prosoft的情况,介绍了它们的结构和特点。以Voith Sirius卷取机为例,说明现代卷取机具有自动控制卷取的重要参数,即纸幅张力、卷纸时压区压力和力矩,改善了卷取质量,能保证放大纸辊到直径3m以上。

New calendering technology-Digestion and absorption of new international technologies in the LWC technologyinnovation project of Yueyang Paper Co.

The paper discusses the glossiness and smoothness that the film LWC paper should attain if the similar offset printing effect as theblade coated paper is to be attained. The paper gives a review on the production of film coating paper with sizing press and the applicationof 2~4 nips for soft calender in laboratories and factories. The foreign suppliers introduced the structures and characteristics of multi-niptechnologies such as Optiload, JanusMK-2 and Prosoft. Taking Voith Sirius as an example, the paper illustrates that modern reels have theimportant parameters for automatic reeling control, i.e. web tension and nip pressure and moment while reeling paper, so that the reelingquality is improved and the diameter of paper roll can be enlarged to 3m and more.
