均压通风防漏技术在金矿残矿回收中的应用

摘    要:近年来随着黄金价格上涨,过去采易弃难、采富弃贫形成的残余矿量已具备了较高的开采价值。由于大量采空区的存在以及井下采空区本身的复杂性,残矿回收的通风条件较差,存在着一定的通风安全和职业健康隐患。利用辅扇开放式均压通风技术可以在减少专用通风设施的情况下实现均压通风。经过研究以及实际应用,采用均压通风技术进行防漏取得明显效果,通风系统更安全可靠,扇风机运转效率更高,经济效果显著。

Abstract:As the gold price rising in recent years, residual ore reserves formed by the blindly pursuing economic pattern of mining have become highly economically recoverable. But the mined-out area due to underground mining can be very complicated, and ventilation conditions during remnant ore mining become worse. Then there are potential safety risks in ventilation and occupational health. The technology of pressure equalizing open auxiliary fan can realize pressure equalization ventilation and decrease special ventilation facility. Due to research and practical application, adopting the technology of pressure equalizing open auxiliary fan to prevent loss of ventilation, the result has obtained obvious good effects. Ventilating system is more safety and reliable. Auxiliary fan is more efficient and the economic effect is remarkable.
