摘    要:生物高分子磁性微球是一种新型功能材料,在化工、生物工程、生物医学等许多方面有良好的应用前景。本文介绍了生物高分子磁性微球的制备方法、结构、性质及在固定化酶、靶向药物、细胞分离与免疫分析等领域的应用。

Abstract:Biopolymer magnetic microsphere is a new type of functional material. Methods of preparation, structure and characterization of biopolymer magnetic microsphere in enzyme immobilization, drug targeting, cell separation and immunoassay was also briefly covered.
