摘    要:万家寨水库修建后,喇嘛湾大桥以下河段成为稳定封冻河段,封冻河段增长86km。冰塞、冰坝险情增加,水位壅高,沿河企业、村庄受灾。万家寨水库运用对河曲河段及天桥电站的凌情影响,既有有有得的方面,也有不利的方面,应掌握时机降低库水位,适当抬高移民搬迁线。

Abstract:After completion of the Wanjiazhai dam, the reach below the Lamawan Bridge has become regularly iced one, which has become 86 km longer than before. It has become more vulnerable to the risks by ice jamming, ice damming and water level rising so suffering the enterprises and villages beside it. The operation of the Wanjiazhai Reservoir has favorable and unfavorable influences over the ice situations in Hequ reach and near the Tianqiao Hydropower station. Therefore, it is suggested that drawdown should be effected at right occasions, and the emigrating line should be raised.
