镍铝复合丝的退火工艺

摘    要:分析了两种不同的退火工艺对镍铝复合丝性能的影响。在生产工艺改进的基础上,通过串联一台退火炉,实现了单丝的连续退火,确定了退火温度与退火时间的关系,提高了丝材性能的均匀性和丝材强度,解决了丝材退火后软硬不均匀、容易出现脆断等问题。

Abstract:The influences of two different kinds of annealing processes on properties of Ni-Al composite wire were presented. Continuous annealing for single wire was carried out via connecting two annealing furnaces on the basis of new process. Appropriate annealing temperature and time were established. Uniformity of wire properties and strength of wire were improved. Problems such as uneven hardness and brittle rupture of wire after Ni Al wire annealing were solved.
