斗轮堆取料机3支腿门座架计算与分析

摘    要:对3支腿门架进行了应力分析,发现门腿根部及内圈局部均有应力偏大的区域。通过对门座架进行实体有限元分析与经典结构理论分析相结合的方法,研究应力偏大的原因以及解决的方法;分析了应力集中以及剪切应力滞后现象的影响,揭示其应力分布与按材料力学的平截面假定计算值的差异;提出针对门座架的有限元计算、材料力学、弹性力学相结合的设计与分析方法。
