济钢低碳绿色焦化产线的转型发展

摘    要:以济钢焦化产线为例,提出了低碳、绿色焦化发展模式,综述了近年来济钢煤焦和化产系统开发应用的节能减排技术,如大型室内煤库储配一体化工艺、炼焦煤气流调湿分级一体化技术、煤尘的资源化高效回收利用技术以及负压脱硫技术、化产零蒸汽生产技术、CO2分解酚钠盐技术等,济钢焦化工序能耗降至85.89kg标煤/t。同时指出了荒煤气余热利用、苯萃取精馏技术等低碳、绿色焦化产线技术开发方向。
