铝镁钙铁合金中铝测定方法的实验研究

摘    要:采用稀盐酸溶样,硝酸氧化,强碱分离,EDTA络合,以氟化物取代,铅标准溶液返滴定的方法,在缓冲溶液的pH值为5.5时,测定了铝镁钙铁合金中的铝。该方法操作简单,回收率99.4%~100.4%,相对标准偏差≤0.15%。

Abstract:Samples were dissolved by sparse hydrochloric acid,were oxidized by nitric acid,and were separated by strong alkali,by EDTA complex,by fluoride alternating and by lead standard solution back titration. When the pH value of the buffer solution was 5.5,the aluminum content in aluminum-magnesium-calcium ferroalloy was determined. The method was simple. The recovery ratios werebetween 99.4% and 100.4% and the relative standard deviation was less than 0.15%.
