济钢高炉高Al2O3炉渣渣系优化试验研究

摘    要:以济钢现场高炉渣样为基准,采用正交设计方法,设计了25组试验方案,研究了w(Al2O3)为15%~23%的高炉炉渣性能,结果表明,济钢高炉炉渣中Al2O3不宜超过20%,MgO不宜超过12.5%。

Abstract:Using the field BF slag as reference,adopting orthogonal design method,authors designed 25 group test schemes and studied the performances of the BF slag with high Al2O3 contents,that is,the w(Al2O3) is from 15% to 23%. The results showed that under the current smelting condition,w(Al2O3) in the slag should not be more than 20% and the w(MgO) should not be more than 12.5%.
