摘    要:通过对转炉冶炼产生的钢渣进行有选择的收集,回收TFe含量高、碱度高、有害元素含量低的前期溢渣和喷溅渣,按加入废钢的方式返回炉内进行直接循环使用,同时解决了开吹氧枪点火困难、前期溢渣加剧等问题,降低转炉钢铁料消耗0.78kg/t,降低造渣辅料消耗3.6kg/t,炼钢成本明显降低。

Abstract:The steelmaking slag brought in the converter smelting was collected selectively for reclaiming the forepart flushing and slopping slag with high TFe content and basicity and low harmful element content. It was returned to the converter directly according to the mode of adding steel scraps.
