摘    要:试验探讨了16MnDR低温压力容器钢的热处理工艺对力学性能和微观组织结构的影响。结果表明,对热轧状态的16MnDR低温压力容器钢进行热处理,可以细化晶粒和改善组织,提高综合力学性能。910℃正火及910℃正火+620℃回火处理均可以得到比较理想的低温韧性,金相组织为均匀的铁素体+珠光体,断口形貌以低温冲击韧性较好的等轴韧窝为主。

Influences of Heat Treatment on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Low-temperature Pressure Vessel Steel 16MnDR

Abstract:Influences of heat treatment on the mechanical properties and microstructure of low-temperature pressure vessel steel 16MnDR were studied by test. The results showed that,for hot-rolled low-temperature steel 16MnDR,the heat treatment could improve the mechanical properties through fining the grain size and adjusting the microstructure. Excellent low-temperature toughness could be gained by normalizing at 910 ℃ or normalizing at 910 ℃ followed by tempering at 620 ℃. The metallographic structure was uniform ferrite and pearlite,and the fractures with better equiaxial dimples were also gotten.
