焦炉加煤车干法袋式除尘系统的优化改进

济钢焦炉加煤车采用干法袋式除尘系统,针对使用中出现的导套处冒烟、烧坏除尘布袋、除尘不彻底等问题,研制开发了第三导套装置,同时通过改进除尘闸板和一次旋风除尘器、优化低压脉冲袋式除尘器、增加除尘监测与控制系统等,实现了除尘系统的安全、稳定、高效运行,加煤烟尘的捕集率达到95%以上,净化后的气体排放浓度满足国家标准要求。
