高强钢炼钢生产实践及工艺分析

摘    要:济钢立足高强钢炼钢生产实践,按照KR-转炉-LF-RH-CCM的生产工艺路线,采取技术集成、优化的思路,搭建洁净钢生产工艺平台,取得了良好的有害元素与夹杂物控制效果,钢中P+S+N+O+H的总和控制在(104~259)×10-6,钢中P含量控制在(67~144)×10-6,TO]平均控制在20×10-6左右,夹杂物控制水平B类+D类≤1.5,实现了低合金高强钢的稳定、批量生产,并保证了产品的质量和性能要求。

Abstract:Based on the high strength steel production practice,according to the production process route of KR-converter-LF-RH-CCM,taking the idea of technology integration and optimization,Jinan Steel built clean steel production process platform and achieved good control effect for the harmful elements and inclusion in the steel. The total sum of the P,S,N,O and H contents was controlled between 104×10-6 and 259×10-6. The P content in the steel was controlled between 67×10-6 and 144×10-6 and the TO] average content was controlled in 20×10-6 about. The control level of inclusion B and D was 1.5 grade below,realizing the stable and mass production of low-alloy and high strength steel,and ensuring the product quality and performance requirements.
