三水铝土矿砂状氧化铝生产的实践与探讨

摘    要:砂状氧化铝生产工艺分为一段法和二段法。山铝氧化铝厂2004年之前采用一段法生产工艺,氢氧化铝-45μm比例年均在35%左右,2004年至今采用瑞铝二段法后,-45μm比例年均控制在15%以下。生产实践表明,砂状氧化铝生产稳定是关键,准确量化的分析手段和控制手段至关重要,同时指出,下一步砂状氧化铝生产应从有机物等杂质含量对砂状氧化铝的影响、细颗粒数量分析与控制等方面开展工作。

Abstract:The process of sandy alumina production is divided into one-step decomposition and two-step decomposition. The Alumina Plant of Shandong Corporation of China Aluminum Co.,Ltd. used one-step decomposition in production process before 2004 and the average proportion of aluminum hydroxide-45 μm was about 35%.When using the two-step decomposition that from Switzerland alumina since 2004,the average proportion of aluminum hydroxide-45 μm had being controlled in 15%. The production practice showed that keeping the stability is critical in sandy alumina production and accurate analytical tools and controls are essential. And make the next step direction of sand-like alumina,including the affect of impurities on sandy alumina,the analysis and control of fine particles and other aspects work.
