| 摘 要： | 水利工程预算定额是生产合格工程产品的计划消耗量,它反映出一定时期社会生产水平和质量要求,是衡量经济效果的尺度。而科学严密的工程定额管理,可以合理确定和控制工程造价,保证和监督水利基本建设资金的正确使用,提高投资效益。通过对水利部《水利水电建筑工程概算定额》(1988)和《水利建筑工程概(预)算定额》(2002)中砂石备料定额方法分析比较,提出该定额修编的具体思路。
