基于Pythagorean速端螺线的平稳加工路径

摘    要:提出用Pythagorean速端螺旋线作为高速切削加工导入和角部的平稳转向过渡曲线,可以减小加工过程中传动机构及刀具受到的冲击,提高了加工精度和平均进给速度。给出了具体的路径设计计算方法,并用仿真实验证明了Pythagorean速端螺旋线过渡的优越性。

Abstract:The authors proposed using Pythagorean hodograph spirals in approaching and corner turning for high speed milling to reduce jerks in motion and so that the tool life is lengthened, and the effective machining speed and machining accuracy are improved. Formulas of the PH transition curves were given and simu lations were conducted to demonstrate and verify the significance of the proposed method.
