摘    要:实验通过甲醛、过硫酸铵与淀粉反应制得了轻度交联-氧化双重变性的淀粉糊化液,并对其作为施胶剂在瓦楞原纸增强中的应用进行了研究.讨论了甲醛用量、过硫酸铵用量以及反应过程的pH值对瓦楞原纸增强效果的影响,并且对纸面甲醛的含量进行了检测.结果表明,甲醛用量为4.0%、过硫酸铵用量为1.0%、pH值8.0时与不添加甲醛的空白样相比较.成纸的环压指数和抗张指教分别增加了26.0%和22.8%;经检测纸面甲醛含量小于23.8 mg/kg.

Abstract:The mild cross linked-carboxymethyl duplex modified starch was prepared through the reaction of starch with formaldehyde, and ammonium persuLfate, and it was used as a surface sizing agent to strengthen the corrugating medium. The effect of the dosages of formalde- hyde, ammonium persulfate and pH of reaction on the strengthening efficiency of the product was studied, and the formaldehyde content in the paper was determined. The results showed that when the amount of formaldehyde is 4.0%, the amount of ammonium persulfate is 1.0%, pH=8.0, the ring crush index of the corrugating medium applied with the product increased by 26. 0%, the tensile index increased by 22.8% compared with the control sample, the formaldehyde content in the medium is less than 23.8 mg/kg.
