摘    要:官亭变电站800 kV7530 GIS断路器B相在合闸过程中发生跳闸,经过解体检查发现断路器内部绝缘击穿,通过对故障部位的绝缘拉杆、绝缘支撑筒进行外观检查、内检、电场模拟、X光探伤、绝缘试验、质量追查,排除了固体绝缘件本身质量问题,判定导致故障的原因是绝缘拉杆表面55号润滑脂涂抹过多,合闸时发生液化受气流冲到绝缘拉杆沿面,造成绝缘拉杆表面电场畸变,局部电场强度过高导致绝缘击穿。该结论对于今后800 kV甚至1 000 kV的GIS设备运行、制造、安装等方面具有参考意义。
