Research on Architectural Structures of Art Museums Designed by Pei Yiming

The object of this article is the twelve art museums designed by Pei Yiming.It analyses the characteristics of the spatiall structures of the art museums designed by Pei Yiming in light with the time axis and points out the similarities and differences of the spatial structures of the art museums during the same and different periods.Taking time as an axis and the spatial form and contents as the object of study,this article sums up Pei Yiming's two major characteristics: sculptural and geometric.
