| 摘 要： | 青岛市李沧区书院路人防工程为青岛市首次采用型钢支柱盖挖法进行施工的地下结构工程,地下2层,全长547m.该工程利用工字型钢作为土方开挖时的支护结构和竖向支撑结构,结构的梁板作为水平支撑,土方开挖是工程总体部署的关键工序.结合工程实际与设计要求,介绍了土方开挖的尺寸,临时支撑的支设,以及遵循"分层、分区、对称、流水"的土方开挖顺序.结果显示,土方开挖与地下结构施工同步顺利完成.

| Abstract: | The cover-excavation method with steel support is first used in the substructure construction——the Underground Air-aid Construction at Shuyuan Road in Licang District of Qingdao,which consists of two layers and is 547 meters long.The I-shape steel is used as exterior supports and vertical supports,and the beam and slab are used as horizontal structures in the earth excavation which is a key step for the whole project.According to the construction practice and design requirements,this paper introduces the excavation size,temporary supports and excavation routes in order of different layers and zones,the symmetry and streamline.The results show that the earth excavation and underground structure construction are completed synchronously and smoothly. |
