摘    要:高频疲劳机被广泛应用于疲劳试验、预裂纹实验以及裂纹延伸速度实验,而其共振系统控制的关键在于对其谐振频率的跟踪,传统的控制方式只能提供少量控制规则相关的输出变化,无法让元器件在更大的振动幅度下得到稳定运行。文章选取了模糊逻辑控制方法来进行频率跟踪实验,同时也进行PID控制方法下的频率跟踪实验,最后将2者的结果进行对比得出当测试样本在进入共振或预裂纹状态时,采用模糊逻辑控制比采用PID控制有更好的实验结果。图2表3参11

Abstract:Resonant fatigue tester machines are very often used for fatigue tests or in the fracture mechanics for precracking and crack propagation tests, the key of the resonant system is the frequency lock. Conventional one provides soft output variations with a small number of rules and it can't allow the development of robust devices to be able to support greater another perturbations. The paper undertook the frequency lock experiments by means of fuzzy logic control. What's more, experiment was carried out through the PID control. Finally experiment result based on fuzzy logic control was compared to the conventional PID method, the results show that fuzzy logic method has better result than PID control when the specimens tested got fatigue or pre-cracking state.
