| 摘 要： | 目前我国尚有大量的建成时间较早的办公建筑,由于当时的条件限制,它们存在着诸多与现代办公要求不相适应的问题.针对老旧办公建筑的现状以及新的功能需求,提出了几种可行的适应性改造方式和方法,既能使其使用寿命得以延续,同时也能更好地适应现代办公的需要. |

| Abstract: | At present,there are still a large number of old office buildings,which can not adapt to the new demands.This paper proposed several possible ways to transform them so that the old office buildings could be transformed to meet the needs of the modern office better.The practical example was given to show that the application of the renovation ways will play a certain role in the development of the old office buildings.We hope that this paper can provide reference for similar projects. |
