| 摘 要： | 随着建筑改造的大规模实践,近代旧工业建筑的再利用也逐渐走上了历史舞台.首先对旧工业建筑遗产的特点进行了分析总结,并通过对国内外优秀的工业建筑及其成功改造实例的分析,对旧工业建筑遗产的保护价值作了初步分析和总结,以期旧工业建筑的改造利用能够得到广泛的重视和实践,使这一城市灰色空间的记忆得以留存.
