摘    要:从卷取机结构出发,根据动力学方程推导了转动惯量的测量模型,利用该模型可以计算出动态补偿力矩,从而使整个卷取过程中张力平稳。并用VB6.0开发了相应的微机控制系统,利用该系统可以方便快捷地完成对转动惯量的实时测量。图3参10

Abstract:Starting from the structure of coiler,the measurement model of moment of inertia was derived according to the dynamic equation.Dynamic compensation moment was calculated conveniently with this model.It can effectively make the coiler tension steady during the whole coiling.Besides,the developed PC control system with VB6.0 can measure the moment of inertia on-line rapidly and simply.Ch,3 fig.10 ref.]
